RFID Tag Services

RFID tagging is rapidly becoming a feature of successful RTP use within large Supply Chains, and whilst every effort is taken to ensure that the tags are securely affixed and are functioning correctly, there is the potential for the tag to become damaged.

It is vital that any trays that appear to have damaged tags are identified and removed from the supply chain as quickly as possible, so that remedial work can be undertaken. 

Logtek are able to provide a repair service, which checks and records the type of damage that the tag has sustained. This is important for the prevention of future damage, and checks that the tag can be read and written to effectively, replacing any that fail the tests. We check the validity of the tag using RFID scan testing equipment, before robotically replacing the failed tag with a fully tested and functioning tag for return into the supply chain.
